Whether you're looking for a private wine event or an in home culinary class, I will choose the most appropriate wines and the best ingredients to make each experience one to remember. WINE TASTING:
Enjoy a private wine tasting including discussions about how wine is made, tasting wine, various grape varieties, differences between new and old world wines, and wine pairing suggestions. Six wines will be tasted.

BLIND TASTING COMPETITION:
This is a similar event to the wine tasting in which you'll learn about wine basics. Guests break up into groups and will be given 3 flights of 2-3 wines each. Groups will use tasting notes to match each wine with a grape variety and then answer 2 questions in-between each flight. This format makes for a fun and educational event: allowing the group to participate and learn the basics. After each flight we will reveal the wines.

WINE DINNERS AND PAIRINGS:
Enjoy a dinner and/or appetizers suited to your taste and pair each course with an appropriate wine. You'll enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own home, using the freshest ingredients.

IN HOME CULINARY CLASSES:
Are you interested in learning a certain type of cuisine or a particular recipe? Do you need a lesson in knife skills? Does someone in your family have an allergy you need to work around? I will come to your home and create a lesson just for you using the freshest ingredients. This type of class can be for individuals, work functions, bridal showers, or any other private party...

CATERING:
Let me create a once in a lifetime experience for you. Whether it is a bridal shower, a Mother's Day brunch, family event, Christmas party or small wedding. I'll take care of every detail.

THE OCCASIONAL MEAL
Did you or someone you know just have a baby? Or does someone you know just need a little extra help? Why not let me prepare some meals that can be served fresh or put away in the freezer for a later date. I'll do the shopping and deliver the meals with simple reheating or finishing instructions. Nothing shows that you care more than sharing a meal. Optional 2 - 4 dinners each week.

PERSONAL CHEF:
There are not enough hours in the day. Can you imagine coming home at the end of the day to a home cooked meal? I will shop for the freshest ingredients and prepare a meal for you to simply reheat and finish for dinner. 2-4 dinners.
